All orders are shipped from Japan.

Processing Time

This shipping method is delivered to the mailbox (postal delivery) and may not require a signature upon delivery.

If a package is confirmed lost during transit by the carrier, we will resend the item once.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
